Hadith Al-Qudsi (Sacred Traditions) |

Hadith Qudsi are the 40 sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) as revealed to him by the Almighty Allah. Hadith Qudsi (or Sacred Hadith) are so named because, unlike the majority of Hadith which are Prophetic Hadith, their authority (Sanad) is traced back not to the Prophet but to the Almighty. |

"Before you reach the precints of the shrine, you should have performed an absolute ablution(ghusl) and when you enter the Holy precints of the shrine, you shall testify to the Unity of Allah and the Prophethood of Prophet Mohammed (s.w.a.s) and then utter one hundred time "Allaho Akbar" and then with due reverance and respect address the Imam in the following words "Peace be upon you O worthy of the House of Prophethood......"
